Hello,

 

is there newer version or beta version of firmware for Archer VR400 v3 00000001?

 

I have daily problems with my internet connection, it somehow stops working, or i have huge packet loss that i can´t even use internet. Sometimes it even disconnects.

 

Modem tells me to contact my ISP provider, which i did and they said that this tp-link model is not reliable and is not often working and that it is my case. They say that from their side everything works, they even have send technician here to prove that everything is fine.

 

I have to say that modem does this from day it was purchased, but i always thought that it was ISP problem not modem problem.

 

My current version of firmware is: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220321 Rel.60385n

Hello,

 

i think that i solved the problem, it was the RJ 11 cable, it was loose, thats why i had sometimes huge error pkts, but then i dont understand why reseting modem fixed problem for day.

Also I have tried bellow and nothing changed, it still happens. I have to restart modem to get my internet working for like 1-2 days.

 

I tried:

Bit Swap: Enabled / Disabled

SRA: Enabled / Disabled

Czech DSL Driver: Enabled / Disabled

Factory reseting modem

Disconnecting every device from internet
