I'm trying to set up my extender and it can't find my device - Fritz! Box.
My Iphone can detect the extender and the Fritzbox Wifi when everything is turn on and the Fritzboz is connected by a wite to the LAN1 socket.
I'm using the Tether app.
Never had these problems the last time I set it up.

Since RE220 is a dual band range extender, Are you not able to see both 2.4ghz and 5ghz of Fritz! Box?
If just 5ghz, it is suggested to refer to this link to edit the wireless channel on the Fritz! Box, such as channel 48 on 5ghz:
