Unable to access some websites through TP-Link Archer AX11000
I've been using my TP-link router Archer AX11000 for several months now. All of a sudden for the last few days I am unable to access some websites through this router. I've tried accessing the same websites through other networks, all of them are working fine. I changed the router of my current network (instead of TP-link I tried using a different router) and I had no issue. The problem starts when I connect my network through TP-link only and I'm unable to access these websites any more. Not sure what has changed lately to cause this issue. I even upgraded the firmware of the router but to no avail.
This issue is occurring from any browser, any computer, even from from iPhone and iPad. For all of them, it works fine through a different network or router.
One example website for iDrive.
Any support will be really helpful.

@Kevin_Z That is correct. I realized that I could connect to iDrive well through VPN and without that I cannot. Later it turned out that due to some changes the public IP for my router was not whitelisted at iDrive end. I requested for whitelisting to which they obliged and the issue got resolved.

What should I do if only some of web sites cannot be accessed on TP-Link router?

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your response.
I tried all the steps that you suggested.
1. Connected straight hto the modem: The website is working fine without any issue.
2. Changed DNS setting of client devices: This issue is faced by all client devices that is connecting to the TP-Link network. Tried changing the DNS. Same issue.
3. There is no Parental Control set up on my router. I've reset the router, but the result is the same.
4. MAC Clone: Currently it is set as Use Default MAC address. When I tired to change it to Clone Current device MAC, all websites stopped responding.
5. Internet Service Provider information:
a. ISP Name: Alliance Broadband
b. Connection to the TP-Link router: Static IP
c. One example website having issues: iDrive (Please refer to the screen shot)
d. Ping result of the website that can be accessed: Google (Please refer to the attached document)
f. Network Structure: It is a simple structure. No VPN involved. (One interesting fact is that if I connect via VPN, then the website is accessible. I have a Windows VM set up on this MAC host. This website can be reached through this Windows VM as well.).This website is a public website used for backups.
A point to note that till last week, this website has been working fine. Issue has started appearing since Monday.
Thanks.

@Kevin_Z I am having exactly the same problem and it just started today. It was fine when I first set up and I have actually simply used out of box settings with the exception of setting up SSID for network and guest network

Are you saying you cannot visit iDrive? Who is your internet provider?
Please check the modifications and troubleshooting suggestions that have been made by anirguha, such as changing the internet DNS servers, making sure you can still visit iDrive when connecting the computer directly to the ISP-provided modem, then cloning the PC's MAC to the AX11000.
BTW, anirguha's issue got resolved by asking his provider to assign a new WAN IP address for the router. It's suggested to confirm with your provider and ask the same to see if the issue will be fixed.

Sorry, I should be more careful with my wording ...
It is a different website ... I have Arlo Security cameras with a base station that is connected to the router with ethernet.
I bought the router last week, completed the quick set-up and was able to access the cameras through the app on my smart phone while connected to wifi. Yesterday, suddenly I could not access my cameras through the app. (Arlo Secure). It was working fine the previous day. I then tried to access the Arlo website to troubleshoot on my phone. No luck. I then moved to my iPad. Same result. Finally, I tried accessing the Arlo website from my laptop and again I could not connect to the website. All of these attempts were while connected to my network via wifi.
I then disconnected my phone from wifi and could access my cameras using just cellular data/connection. I also logged into my VPN on my laptop and was able to get through to the Arlo website on my laptop.
Again, it was odd because it was working fine on initial set up, and I didn't make any changes since the original router set-up.

Thank you very much for getting back. The issue you experienced sounds weird.
Are you able to ping www.arlo.com when connecting to the AX11000 either via wireless or via Ethernet? If not, please try to change the internet DNS servers on the AX11000 to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, then reboot it to check again.
Have you enabled any advanced settings like Parental Control or Access Control? Try disabling those settings, or you may just try resetting the AX11000 to factory defaults to exclude all unknown settings that you may configure, then check again to see if you can access the camera on the phone when connecting the phone to the AX11000 wireless network.
