Can't link Deco M4 to Virginmedia hub3
Trying to link the new TP Link Deco M4 to Virginmedia hub and it cannot find it.
I have tried with modem and router mode several times and still no joy.
I have read many comments available on the net and it just get more confused.
Can anyone help please before I tear all my hair out, well the bit I've got left anyway

I have set a few of these up before, so hopefully we should be able to get this going
On your virgin router you have two options.. you can set this for MODEM only mode, OR leave it as is currently and just turn off the WiFi
What you choose there will affect how this setup
Modem only mode is the better option, but just turning off WiFi is easier.. tbh for home use either will work.
Once done plug the Deco into one of the LAN ports (LAN1 is best) of the Virgin Box and power the deco up. Use the App on your phone and when it comes to internet setup, choose AUTO. It should pull an address from the Virgin and get you online.
The only thing connected to the Virgin should be the Deco, everything else goes after it..

Can you post a screenshot or two of what you are seeing? Its likely also a good idea to enable some passphrase on your WiFi rather than leaving it open
