Having the operator's modem, will I connect the M4 as a router to the WAN port, and then from the lan port I will output RJ45 to the switch (5 ports)

Yes, the configuration will be fine. Since Deco M4 uses WAN/LAN auto-sensing, basically there is no difference between the upper/lower Ethernet ports on a single unit.

Just one more question. With this configuration:
modem > DECO router > Switch
connecting another DECO via WIFI as SLAVE (as an amplifier - MESH)
