Hi,

 

I've problems connecting remotely to my Deco network.

 

Network setup before was ISP router -> TP-Link WDR3600 Router -> 2 Deco 5 AP's.

 

WDR3600 Router has WAN set up with Dynomic IP

All was working fine and I could remotely access the 2 Deco's

Added an X50 Deco and changed it to Main Deco.
Removed the WDR3600 Router and reconfigured the X50 from Access Point to Router.

Everything went OK. Network and internet connection is working
Added 2 additional X50 Deco's. All working OK.
Removed the 2 M5 Deco's. All still working.

 

But as soon I no longer have WiFi access, the network is no more accessible in the Deco app. So it's no longer possible to manage/monitor the network.

I never have had any problems with M5 or M9 Plus.
This is the first installation with X50 Deco's

Any idea what could be wrong?

Please also help add the MAC address of the main Deco X50 and a screenshot of "the network is no more accessible in the Deco app during remote access" in the email content.

Hi David,

 

Is it possible to access the Deco via browser and get the required info this way?

I can have access to the desktop machines at the location.

The WiFi network is in a remote location and I need to drive specially up/down (120km) for this if I want to use the app.

 

The WiFi network is called LVV 

The MAC address of the previous Deco 5 Main router was 70-4F-57-C3-38-86  ( or 70-4F-57-C3-3B-01)

 

The Cloned WAN MAC address of the Main X50 Deco router is C0-4A-00-38-D8-9D. 

The LAN MAC address is 48-22-54-74-CC-3C
