Save Videos on FTP Server / SMB share
Hi,
Many users have a Fritzbox Router or another router model that provides a simple FTP Server or SMB share functionality.
You can simply plugin a USB stick into our router and use it as NAS via FTP or SMB.
Unfortunately the TAPO C320WS does not provide a feature for saving the videos on an FTP server or an SMB share.
Would be great to have that feature. It would save money and energy because I would not have to by a dedicated NAS to store the recordings in my network.
Any solution would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

I have a TC60 and really need this feature, I would buy more cameras of this and other models of they had this feature. To be able to also send a message notification via methods such as "pushover" would make it perfect too.

This would have been very useful but as it's not possible we've decided to use a different camera manufacturer. I imagine they don't want to introduce this feature because they want to rip you off with the storage subscription.

Did buy 12 cameras (mixed c200/c210/c220) thinking they could save on ftp/smb...
No way...It's really a BIG problem. Thinking of selling all the cameras
