I have an X55 three deco system which works brilliantly other than my Iptv system is constantly buffering. My main deco is connected to my BT router and then to the modem. I have a second next to my tv but my Iptv app runs off a Firestick which I'm running via tp power line direct to the BT router as I thought that would be a more stable connection. I'm sure there is a better way to set this up but not sure how. Would I be better off running the main deco as the router and ditching the BT one or is there a better solution. Thanks for any guidance.

  @Fender62

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

Is the current network layout like this:

Internet--ISP openreach modem----BT router----main Deco X55

                                                            \powerline~~~~powerline---TV Firestick

It seems the current setup is already a good solution. I don't think ditching the BT router would help improve the performance of the IPTV Firestick.

If possible, you could try the following set up to see whether it helped:

Internet--ISP openreach modem----BT router----main Deco X55---powerline~~~~powerline---TV Firestick

Thank you very much.

Wait for your reply.

best regards.

  @David-TP  Thanks for the reply. Set up is

Internet--ISP openreach modem----BT router----main Deco X55 as you say but the power line is connected directly to the BT router and then onto the Firestick.
