Archer MR500 regular internet disconnection
Just bought an AC1200 / Archer MR500 LTE router, and put an EE sim card in it. The router doesn't last 12 hrs before internet disconnects. This has happened every day since I've had the router, which is nearly a week now.
I've tried various settings, nothing seems to work. I've searched the forum, can't find anything of help - but apologies if this has already been covered.
When internet is lost, I can connect to the internal web server on 192.168.1.1 and look at the settings, and get the log file. Looking at the log file around the time when I think I lost internet, I see this message:
2023-04-10 08:08:54 [6] 4G: ERROR: The PS registration state parse error.
No idea what it means.

Since I installed beta firmware I had not any disconnection. I am happy with that 😊 Vodafone 4G.
About speed, sometimes I have problems with Netflix or other streamings services, many stops to load the video 😔

I'd love to try this beta firmware too. Been on the most recent build from June 30th since release and I'm encountering this issue daily still.

we had huge problems in the beginning. Then we updated to a beta FW. It didn't help.
them we updated to the last stable release. It held for 2 days without need for restart. And since we need to restart the router once a day anyway.
so we are actually back to where we started.

hi i have same problem of internet disconnection, it happens about once per day and i have to reboot the router in order to re-connecting to 4G+..
I'm writing from Italy, TIM provider.

I have the same problem. My router disconnects from the internet every 1-2 days.
Firmware: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230216 Rel.51988n
My ISP is Wind Italy, I'm manually selecting the correct bands. The sim works correctly in other devices.

Hi,
Same here in France with ISP "Free" and FW 1.2.0. It stays connected a couple of hours and then requires a reboot. It seems to come back to normal by itself after hours or days, sometimes. But a reboot always fixes the problem.
I just updated to the latest 1.3.0 firmware and will see if this makes things better.
Happy to hear back when there is a fix for that issue.

I'm also having the same problem in that my MR500 disconnects from internet connection at least once a day and I have to switch off and on again.
I downloaded and installed the new firmware 230216 yesterday afternoon but when I got up this morning it had disconnected again.
