Unable to enter router using deco app
I have never login to my X60 router using deco app and the setup was done by the ISP. When i want to login to my x60 router using deco app, it prompts me to setup my x60 router which i need to reset the x60 router. How am i able to login to my x60 router for the first time without resetting x60 router?

Hi, I think when ISP helped you set up the Deco, he used his own support email address, not your email address.
You could ask him to transfer the ownership or add your account as the manager:

Hi David, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the setup was made few years ago and i doubt even if i contacted my ISP, they are unable to help. I guess the best way is to reset my router and setup my network again?
