Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20210204 Rel. 50164

My Android phone can't access the Internet but used to work.

It connects to wifi but then says there is no internet.

Other devices work fine.

I changed the dns, rebooted the phone, forgot the network.

It seems to work for a few seconds but then stops.

I thought maybe the "Infected Device Quarantine" was being triggered so I turned that off and it didn't help.

I set up a guest network and it WORKS on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

I'd rather be on the main network so suggestions are welcome.

I switched back to the main network and it works.

 

 

This was in the router's system log.

daemon.err client_mgmt: client(xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx) not found in arp table disconnect_counter=1

I'm not sure if it is the right time but it is my phone's MAC.

Thanks a lot for the feedback.

It seems like something prevents Deco from assigning IP addresses to the smartphone. so far, I am not sure what it is.

You could keep monitoring this device for a while and feel free to update here if something happened.

 

By the way, may I know the model number of your Android phone?

It worked for years. 

The router probably hasn't changed and the phone probably didn't. 

I wonder if something else had the same ip but there is nothing new on the network.
