Error 71211 during upgrading firmware
Error 71211 during upgrading firmware
2023-04-22 12:17:04
Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210629 Rel.59196n
While I'm trying to update the modem, after the selection of the ".bin" file I get the following error:
"Error Code: 71211 Uploading the updated file failed. Please select the correct file".

I've tried with all the firmware listed in the following link:
https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/download/archer-mr600/v2/#Firmware

I also tried resetting the modem but that didn't work neither.
How can I solve it?

Thank you

  @clacanny

Hi, upon checking, your current firmware is a customized firmware for PLPLAY(ISP Play in Poland), it is not able to update to common EU version firmware.

If there is any issue with the router, please contact the ISP Play to report it.

Thank you for the reply @Sunshine.

I don't know why Amazon is selling the MR600 with this customization in Italy.

The ISP Play doesn't operate in Italy.

I'll contact Amazon's after sell service.

Thank you
