Please describe the issue you're experiencing in detail, then others could advise.

 

Are you saying you cannot connect another device to the AX6000 network? If that is the case, just search for the wireless network that you've configured on the AX6000 and enter the password you created for the network, and they will connect.

 

You may follow this guide to review and modify the wireless settings on the router, then connect to the wireless network again.
