Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

This Article Applies to:

TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers that support cloud management via Tether App

Issue Description/Phenomenon:

1. The LTE Gateway Router is connected to the internet and bound to your TP-Link ID for cloud management

2. All client devices connected to the LTE Gateway Router are able to access internet without any problem

3. You are able to manage the LTE Gateway Router locally via Tether App when connected to the LTE Gateway Router

4. When you are in a different network, Tether App shows the LTE Gateway Router offline, thus you are unable to manage the device remotely.

5. If you reboot the LTE Gateway Router, it would be online for several minutes on Tether App, but the same issue will appear again later even though internet still works fine

Available Solutions:

The following official firmware has already solved the problem, please update the firmware to the latest version:

For Archer MR600 (EU) V2:  Archer MR600(EU)_V2_220826

For Archer MR600 (EU) V3: Archer_MR600(EU)_V3_220727

For TL-MR6400 (EU) V5.30: TL-MR6400(EU)_V5.30_221121

For TL-MR6400 (APAC) V5.30: TL-MR6400(APAC)_V5.30_221121

Notes: 1. Some of the above official firmware might not be available on official website yet because they are still in releasing process.

2. Please do verify the hardware version on the label of the device itself before updating the firmware, for example, if your device is V5.0 or V5.20, it will not work to install V5.30 firmware.

For Archer MR400 (EU) V4.0, please install the following beta firmware:

https://static.tp-link.com/upload/beta/2023/202302/20230223/Archer_MR400(EU)_V4_230222.zip

If you have the same issue with other models, or still have the issue after installing the above firmware, please let us know your model number, hardware and firmware version, then send me a private message to provide the MAC address of your device and your TP-Link ID.

Hi, Archer C9 is not a 3G/4G router or LTE Gateway Router, the cause is probably different, it is recommended to start a new thread under wireless router section and also provide MAC address of your router via private message.

Hi,

1. What is the hardware and firmware version of your MR200 now?

2. Please make sure MR200 internet is working fine, and if you reboot the MR200, are you able to manage it remotely via Tether App? If so, how long usually it takes to be offline again?

3. Who is your ISP please?

Hello, I’m new user here at the forum. I have the same problem with my Tp link Archer Mr600. The cameras via Ethernet works fine, but the cloud results offline since 3 days, and i can’t enter to see the firmware version. I only can see the MAC address. I remember some days ago and automatic firmware update on the router settings, and then , after the Tp-link sent advertising Black Friday promotions, the router has gone offline. I can’t restart the router because I use this in another Holiday house and I can’t Connect to the same wifi network from my home. How can it could be restart and put this online to manage the router settings again? Please help

  @Sunshine

Hello! I have the same problem with MR400(EU) Ver:4.30, can you please issue an fix for this router version?

4G LTE internet works perfectly (no ethernet WAN, only 4G), but TP-Link Cloud says "Oops, seems your device is offline".

I'll send you MAC in private messages.
