To all those who are all facing issues with BSNL Fiber Internet connection. Please reach out to your BSNL service provider.
I have Purchased this XC220-G3v Model from amazon on my own and faced connection issues using my BSNL Fiber.
So i just gave my Router to my ISP (local cable operator).. they configured it for me and now im able to connect to Internet successfully without upgrading the firmware. There is no need to downgrade or upgrade the firmware.. just with factory firmware it works good.. just the configuration has to be done by BSNL team.
(I dont use telephone landline so only Internet is configured)

Can you please share latest firmware if any exists and will fix the voice issue. I am facing no sound issue in current firmware
