Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20220714

I setup a DDNS through TPlink cloud but it kept disconnecting after like 5 minutes. So then i decided that maybe i should use another DDNS so i chose No-IP and the same thing happens, After a little while the DDNS just disconnects and i cant use my WOL. I see this is a issue that has been brought up before but im looking for a solution. Please tell me there is a way to fix this before i just dump TPLink products all together and switch my router.

Is the internet connection on the A7 stable when the DDNS disconnects? Please check and make sure the network connection is stable and that there are no connectivity issues.

 

Meanwhile, you can try renewing your DDNS subscription or refreshing the connection.
