hi, whenever i click network optimization scanner and start it and always the message channel 0 is perfect.

 

any suggestion?

 

i look at wifi analyzer and using channel 4 but on deco app channel 0 and whenever i start using network optimization the message still the same and nothing happen.

 

also whenever am using 5ghz band only, all my devices are unable to join. i aldreay tested with the devices that support wifi 6.

 

please help.

sorry for the spam, i dont know why, whenever i wanna upload screenshot, the forum doesn't let me, even on my pc I cannot upload any image.

 

i also already check with wifi analyzer, works perfect on my deco x20 on my officer, can change channel if its say channel 2 it change from 4 or 6.

 

but on my deco x80, always says channel 0 and if i try to make them 5 ghz only, my devices that support wifi 6 unable to connect,

 

i already try restart and reset deco and still nothing happen.

When there is only 5GHz enabled, would there be any error message that the WiFi 6 devices failed to connect to Deco's Wi-Fi?

  • If yes, can I have a screenshot of the error message?
  • And may I have the model number of your wifi 6 clients?
