  @Dudsy65 Connecting the app via home wifi is no problem, i work perfectly. But when connecting remotely via 4G or 5G mobile network then it failed to connect cloud services.

 

Please advise.

And is the Deco X60 solid green all the time?

Hi to the TP link community. 

 

I am also having the same issue logging into my deco app remotely. 

 

I can access the DECO app via my home Wi-Fi, when i am away from home using a 4G/5G connection i am no longer able to access my deco home network: i get the message of "cannot find deco" i am using the Telstra network here in Australia. 

My Kasa devices work OK via the same 4G/5G network and i am able to access them via the KASA app. 

I am using deco M5 with the latest firmware: app is also up to date.

A manual download of M5 Firmware to 1.7.1 has fixed this issue. This firmware fixes the remote access issue with ipv6 addresses via mobile devices. Also a manual update via physically downloading the file was the only way to update to this version: Updates via the app showed it was "up to date" when it in fact wasn't.
