Im using VI postpaid sim card in Maharashtra. by default it connect to band 41. this band have high speed internet but it is unstable. it disconnects after every 3rd min and get 1 or 2 min to connect to internet again.

but same time if I choose band 3 manually then VI internet works fine and have stable internet but have slow internet as compare band 41.

please help me to how can i use band 41 with stable internet.

I tried different dial up settings with band 41. I upgraded firmware and ISP to latest version still facing unstable internet issue.

Hi, do you have any other LTE product which could work on band 41 at same location with the same VI SIM and have a stable internet?

If another device has a similar issue, it could be the nearby base station issue.

In addition, please also try to update your MR100 v1 firmware to the latest one to see if it helps:

Hi. I used that VI sim card in android LTE device and it works fine on band 41. I have attached screenshot below please check.

also i already updated firmware to latest version. Firmware Version:‪1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210601.

Please help me.

Hi, there is a newer firmware TL-MR100(EU)_V1_221011 on the global website I sent you last time:

Please download the new firmware and update it to see if it solves the band 41 issue.

My TL-MR100 Router

Current ISP Version: 22101001
