Mi Deco E4R AC1200 no supera los 100mbps

Mi proveedor de internet me subió la velocidad a 300mbps pero la red configurada con el Deco no supera los 100Mbps.
En la web dice que el Deco llega hasta 867Mbps por la red 5Ghz.
Tp Link Deco E4R AC1200
Proveedor: Personal 300mbps

Deco E4 has 2× 10/100 Mbps Ports so its maximum internet speed via Ethernet cable is 100m/s.
Since there are 300m/s from the Internet service provider, you might need to update to another model, like Deco M4/M5/M9 Plus.

Pero en la web de Tp Link dice que llega por WiFi 5 a 867Mbps. Entonces está mal la web de Tp Link?
Yo quiero saber por qué no llega a esa velocidad por WiFi (no por Ethernet).

i have the somemproblem. Why in technical specifications says something difference? It says that goes to 1167 mbps. Which model goes to spped more than 500 mbps?

The AC1200 refers to the maximum wireless link speed on Deco E4 which is also used to represent its best Wi-Fi capacity.
5 GHz: 867 Mbps (802.11ac)
2.4 GHz: 300 Mbps (802.11n)
The actual wireless speed is influenced by several factors, such as the maximum link speed, distance, and wireless interference. As a result, the final wireless download speed tends to be unpredictable, making it unsuitable for comparing different wireless routers from various brands. To address this, manufacturers often showcase their wireless capacities by highlighting the maximum wireless link speed they offer, such as AC1200, AX3000.
If you wish to get more than 500m/s, please ensure the internet bandwidth is over 500m/s first, then consider the WiFi 6 Deco models, like the entrance level-Deco X20, or an advanced version Deco X50.
