Only costumers on main Deco

When I look at the Deco helt check monitor. Only my Primark Deco Unit has "costumers connected". None of my 4 other Deco have any one connected.
even thoug some wifi stud stands close to it.
is something wrong ? Or is that just the Way it shows ?

I see your model is also Deco M9 plus and the last time I saw this issue was due to an old firmware for Deco M9 plus, like 1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727.
If you were on the same firmware, please refer to this link to update the firmware of Deco M9 plus to the latest 1.6.x:

Ok. I'm pretty sure the firmware is updated, but I will check as soon as I get home. To be sure, and don't waste your time.
But it should be possible to see clients on each satelite ?

Hi, 1.2.11 build 20190926 is not the latest firmware for Deco M9 plus V2. 1.6.1 Build 20230403 is the latest one.
I used to see some users stuck on the same 1.2.11 firmware and the Deco APP is unable to detect a newer firmware. In this way, the firmware needs to be updated via upgrade utility, like method 3 mentioned here:

it is not possible to Update ?
i don't get any errors, the Decos resurser, but no new firmware.
i have tried the two newest firmware versions.
i used the 3. Option for indtaling the firmware.
what Can I do to try something Else?

Have you tried to update the Deco via Ethernet connection one by one?
