The problem is when I format my hard disk to NTFS router can't recognise the hard disk over it's USB port , but when I format the same 18 tb hard disk to exfat router recognise it with no problem

My request is to make update to the router firmware to make it can recognise my 18 tb hard disk as NTFS not only exfat

Hi, normally NTFS hard drive can also be detected by the VR600, please check if your hard drive still works fine on other device when formatted to NTFS.

Yes it work fine on my computer and netgear router with no problem when I format it as NTFS

The problem is on vr600 firmware , it can't read it as NTFS and give me 0 g

But it can read it as exfat
