Firmware Version: 1.12.10 Build 230208 Rel.38553n(4555)

Please consider adding a VPN server to Archer AC1200 C6 V4.

Along with adding Alexa compatibility.

Previous versions of this router V2 & V3.2 both support VPN server on this model.

Sadly the new version of AC1200 C6 V4 feels like a downgrade in comparison to previous versions - rather than an improvement/upgrade on an existing model.

Have read many forum posts on the internet in relation to the missing VPN on this particular model, along with VPN server not being supported on other TP Link router models.

I'm surprised & dissapointed that such a standard function (found on many basic routers these days) isn't available on all new/latest TP routers & in many cases only available on previous/older model versions.

Glad to inform you that there is a beta firmware now for C80 V2.2, Archer C6 V4, Archer A8 V2.2, Archer C86 V1 with L2TP over IPSec VPN Server, please have a try and leave your comment to let us know whether it works fine:
