Hi, if your ISP is Deri and the router was provided by Deri as well, it is not recommanded to update other EU common firmware, but if it was purchased on your own from retailers and your ISP is not Deri, you could refer to the private message I just sent you for a try.

Hi @Sunshine - I also have a MR600 V2 (In Australia) and it currently has firmware version 1.6.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 221108 Rel.52829n and hardware version Archer MR600 v2 00000003.
I'm trying to upgrade the firmware to latest version Archer_MR600(EU)v2_1.7.0_0.9.1 but am getting the same error code 4503. Firmware is from AU site Download for Archer MR600 | TP-Link Australia.
Can you help? I bought the router second hand and think the original owner may have got it from their ISP but I'm not 100% certain.
Thanks,
John

Hi, upon checking, your current firmware is customized for TPG in Australia and it cannot install EU version firmware.
Actually it is newer than the current EU version firmware Archer MR600(EU)_V2_220826, so if internet works on your router now, it is recommended to use current firmware.

OK great - yes it works fine as-is and thought upgrading firmware might make it better,
I'll leave it as-is then.
and thank you so much for your extremely quick reply.
