I have two TL-PA9020 devices. I wanted to update. one of them updated without any problem, but the other gave a "failed error" and now all the lights are off. and the device does not appear on the network.
a few topics "PLC firmware utility" were mentioned and the device was activated again. Since I can't find any other solution, I want to try this program, but I can't find it.
Can you help me find the program?

No file in the link? What do you see after you click the link in the first post?

 

That link leads to someone's (Microsoft) OneDrive, which holds a zip file with the recovery tool.

 

Maybe you need to be logged into your Microsoft Live (or similar) account within your browser to be able see and download the file?

I'm logging in with my microsoft account.

When I click on the link, the content appears empty.

I don't know why it is not working for you. I just tried with another non-Microsoft device that isn't linked with any Microsoft account at all and I still could get the file.

 

Maybe ask a local friend to help you download the file for you.

interestingly i saw the file from the phone and it downloaded.
