I tried to follow the solution on

But I cannot find any negotiation option in LAN settings, there is only one on the Internet setting and setting that didn't help.

I even connected the modem output directly to my PC and it works in full gigabit mode.

Please help as this is so frustrating coz I rely on my ethernet wired connection for work.

Best approach in this situation would be to use another ethernet cable of a good quality - CAT5E/6 branded or to use another AX90 LAN port.

If that doesn't help test the negotiated speed with another gigabit ethernet port capable device. Also provide the details mentioned in the solution you posted.

I have changed ethernet cable 3 times every time with tp link 5e

 

Edit: The main problem comes after a while post boot, it starts at 1000 then drops to 100 showing identifying and then settles at 10 when shows connected
