I recently added a deco x60 to my existing M4 mesh network. But unfortunately the new unit keep returns to factory settings after each restart and I have to add it again. Any help regarding this issue please?
Hi, could you please leave me a message with the MAC address of the Deco X60 V3?
And did you set Deco X60 as the main Deco or satellite Deco?

@David-TP thank you for your respond, please find the Mac in the photo attached. Also I tried both main and satellite deco with same result.

Did you buy this Deco X60 from a second-hand store?
And Deco was back to the default settings, have you happened to see the LED light blinking blue?
