Hello, I would like to buy a RE700X wifi repeater but I would like to know if I use the device as an access point (with an ethernet cable) is it possible to have both the wifi network of the box and that of the repeater with the same identifiers and passwords and that the change of network is done automatically according to the pieces?

Hi, welcome to the community.

RE700x does have access point mode and it could also use the same SSID and password as the main router.
