Hi, the ISP file is common for different models as it includes APN profiles for different ISPs in the world. For more information about ISP file, please refer to this guide: Go to know ISP Upgrade Function on LTE Gateway Routers and Mobile Wi-Fi Devices

  @Sunshine

Just purchased the MR500 specifically for CA which I found  doesnt work
Then I read these Forum pages, looks as though I have wasted money on purchasing this kit
I dont suppose I get sell it as nobody would want a router that defective

Are TP-Link any nearer to resolving this problem ?

Hi, most cases in this thread are about MR600, for MR500, it is highly recommended to follow the steps in the original post for troubleshooting first, if the issue still cannot be located, please provide the required detailed information for follow-up.

Sadly they prefer to release a new V5 MR600 router than fix the existing ones. They DON'T care about customers.

Hi, I have tried the troubleshooting guide steps, but it still not works for me.

1) Model number, hardware and firmware version of your TP-Link LTE Advanced Router - Hardware Version:‪Archer MR600 v2 00000002, Firmware Version:‪1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220826 Rel.58057n
2) Your country and ISP - India, Using Airtel & Jio
3) Detailed problem description, band information on Status page, and you are using auto band or manually selected band - 4g+ Career Aggregation not working on my device, band is set to auto selection.
4) Brand & model No., of your another LTE Advanced device. Network Type and Band information on it with the same SIM card at same location - Samsung Tab S9 Ultra

5) Specifically, do you have XiaoMi phone for comparison? - No
6) Will 4G+ show up when you download large files or run Speed Test - No

7) System Log file of TP-Link device, you could save it on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page - I was unable to attach the file so I am pasting the log file details below :

Re:Carrier Aggregation or 4G+ doesn’t work properly on LTE Advanced Router
a week ago

  @Sunshine

I have encountered an issue with my 4G+ connection following recent updates from your side. Previously, even when one of the carrier bands was disconnected, my device would still maintain a 4G+ connection. However, after the latest updates, whenever one of the bands is no longer available, the connection drops to regular 4G, which significantly reduces the speed.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? It seems that the carrier aggregation settings might have been altered, causing this drop in speed when only one band is active. I would appreciate your help in restoring the previous performance.

Hello

I don't know what model of router you have.

But when you restart the router, does the band aggregation not work again?

It happens to me sometimes, it works fine, and then the rest of the time it stops working. Although it's not usual for me.

I restart the router, it changes the IP, and then the band aggregation works again.

Then I do a speed test to verify that it works fine and it is activated.
