hi i got nvr100h4h-4p connect to tapo cctv tapo c310 problem if become offline

but laptop  can read the c310 mac adress and ip is correct why become offline? cannot view live?

i view camere use VIGI Security Manager on laptop cause i dun have monitor

pls advice me how to slove it  tapo c310 view on nvr tp link tq

Hi @TOMLIM 

Have you checked your network connection to your Tapo and NVR from your PC? Try pinging their IPs. So at least you know both of them are available on your LAN.

Offline, literally meaning it is disconnected somehow.

I can only suspect that this is a connection problem instead of other possible causes yet. If you did not change anything, Tapo suddenly drops the connection, then it could be a network problem.
