  @Shappers

Hi, Here are some suggestions for you:

1. turn off "Mesh" technology on the Deco APP for Nokia c21

2. Reserve IP address for Nokia c21 under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Address servation.

3. Change the DNS server under Deco APP>More>Advanced>DHCP Server>DNS server to 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1.

If it is still the same, please go to Deco APP>Security>add Nokia c21 into Device Isolation to see whether it made any difference.

Thank you very much.

Wait for your reply.

  @David-TP

Many thanks both for your prompt reply and instructions

It is amazing how annoying the frequent pop up can be!

I have carried out task 1 & 2 - just wondering now mesh technology is disabled how the device will connect to different access points when I move around

For task 3, I added 1.1.1.1 as the Primary DNS and 1.0.0.1 as the Secondary DNS

I have been walking around the house and received three pop ups in about 10 minutes

I therefore isolated the device and now have received one pop up in about 10 minutes which is certainly much better

Do you know if there are any more configuration changes I could make to eradicate this altogether?

Many Thanks

Shappers
