Hello All,


I have added a new AP to my network (EAP245 v4.0), but it does not show Rx/Tx frames under Details. There are already two other EAP245 v3.0 and one EAP225 Outdoor v3.0 in the network, which work perfectly. What is the reason that the data is not displayed correctly to me? The screenshots show the problem in a little more detail.

It is a limitation in the new radio chipset used, which doesn't provide the same level of granularity as the old.  Nothing to fix, just how it is.

Do I understand correctly that the AP works like the older versions and therefore has no limitations? So I do not have to adjust anything in the software or hardware?

Correct, it's just from a status/reporting point of few, there are fewer discrete data elements that can be retrieved from the newer version of the hardware. It will not impact user functionality.
