Hi, what is the model number and hardware version of your TP-Link modem?

If admin doesn't work, do you remember any other possible username and password? If you have changed it but forget, please reset the modem to factory defaults by holding reset button/hole for about 10s. Please note that you will need to reconfigure the modem from scratch to connect internet again.
