Firmware Version:

regardless where you Are, all connections seems to be with the main node only. Non of the satellites seems to be in use. Why?

Hi,
About the client list issue reported, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

1. Are the three Deco units Deco X20 V2.0? Do they have the latest firmware version? 

 

2. Are they working in the Router or AP mode?

 

3. Please describe your network environment in detail. For example, are the Deco units on the same floor? How far between each other? Any obstacles between them?

 

4. If you connect a computer to the satellite deco by an ethernet cable, whether it's displayed to connect to the main deco on the Deco app?

If you disable Wi-Fi on your phone, move it close to the satellite deco, and connect it to the Deco's Wi-Fi, whether it's displayed to connect to the main deco on the Deco app?

 

5. What's the version of your Deco app? What's the model and OS of your phone?
