HI I am using TL-MR 100 , previously it was working fine with jio sim. but now it is not working fine. however router is conneted to internet. and my mac is also connected to wifi internet using this router but i can only youtube streaming and not any download. also when i connect my phone to router wifi, it shows connected without internet.

However when i inserts airtel sim in router, everything works well.

May I know if your Jio SIM is still 4G SIM or updated to 5G? 

For 5G Jio SIM issue, please pay attention to this post: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G 

 

There is no solution for MR100 yet, and the post will be updated once there is any new update.

I am facing same issue. Following is found in logs. It works for sometime, then it disconnects and doesn't connect again till restart.

 

1    2018-10-01 05:45:33    HTTPD    Information    DNS :: resolve timeout for ....
3    2018-10-01 05:45:33    4G    Information    USER: no need to init device sca
4    2018-10-01 05:45:33    4G    Information    ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section.

 

"ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section" repeats everytime it disconnects. Firmware version is v2, and model is MR-100 using jio sim
