I had questioned about the security for X20.

Whatever, I reset my 3 decos to be MESH.
And changed the password again.
More, I isolated those unknown devices by locking their MAC.
Then, I didn't see any unknow device anymore unitl....
Last Sat, I want to check if my TV has issue.
I tried to use mutlicast to search my TV, and then... I saw a Samsung TV which is not mine.
I opened Deco App and check if this TV is joined into my network.. The answer is NO !!!!!!!
How come !!!!!!
It's out of my knowledge.
I feel very angry and I even want to tell my crazy story to anyone who is considering to purchase your devices.

I did survey on miracast.
This is not issue that TP Link has.
It's my not enough knowledge about this.
Miracast can connect to an TV which has Miracast approval.
It uses WiFi direct technology.
It's my fault and please take my apology.

Since this mystery TV did not connect to Deco, I tend to think it is more related to the working mechanism of the Multicast features of the applications.
I googled a similar post and it was old, but it looked quite similar to what you have described here:

One reply here mentioned the Guest mode on Chromecast-enabled apps. It is suggested to make sure the Guest Mode has been disabled or the Chromecast-enabled apps are up to date.

In fact, I have two wifi routers. One is TPLink X20 and the other is th one that ISP provided.
If my phone joins X20's network, I can see that TV.
Once my phone switches to the other WiFi, the TV is gone.
Are you sure this does not cause by X20's weak security?

MY phone uses miracast as default feature.

Are you able to stably reproduce this issue, like constantly detecting this mystery TV on the phone when it is over Deco's Wi-Fi?

By the way, may I know who is your internet service provider? When you tested on the ISP-provided router, is it also connected directly to the service provider, just like Deco X20?

As my neighbour has joined X20 and then now their TV, I did:
1. Change SSID and hide it.
2. Change password.
3. Change mask netmask
Now the TV cannot be seen.
After modified these and TV is gone, this tells that the TV does join my former wifi.
The ISP is CHT(中華電信）
The topology of my home is
ISP >(cable) X20 master >(wireless) X20 node
