I have set up mesh network with Deco M5. All other devices are connected without any problem. But, wipro smart multi plug strip fails to connect. Fast roaming is off. Please help.
Hi, welcome to the community.
It is suggested to enable the IOT network for 2.4ghz only and confirm there are no special characters used as SSID and password.
After that, please try whether the Wipro smart multi-plug strip is able to connect to the IOT network.
