Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I understand that the XE75 can use a dedicated Wi-Fi 6E channel for the wireless backhaul, thereby leaving the Wi-Fi 6 band open for use by clients. Is this correct?

If so, how do I setup XE75 wireless backhaul solely on Wi-Fi 6E? When I check the current default settings, it is using Wi-Fi 6 rather than Wi-Fi 6E - see below:

Hi, welcome to the community.

Normally when we mentioned WiFi 6E, it often refers to 6 GHz. WiFi 6 till refers to 2.4+5 GHz.

So you could check the Mesh Backhaul on the satellite Deco XE75 Pro to see whether it is on 2.4+5GHz or 2.4+5+6 GHz:

Best regards.
