TL-WR902AC and Omada router VPN

I have a TL-WR902AC travel router and have been attempting to set it up with a L2TP VPN. I'd like to have this router direct all its traffic to the VPN hosted by an Omada switch. So far, I have been unable to get this configuration to work.
Two questions:
- Is this possible?
- If so, is there documentation on how to do this?
