So I got a new phone, logged in and my deco system is no longer there. But the home network still works with the password etc.

I would like to reset it as at the moment I cannot use the app at all and change the settings.

How do I do this? 😊

Hi, did you also sign up via the same TP-Link email account on the new phone?

After logging into the previous email account which was used to set up Deco for the first time, the network settings would automatically sync to the new phone and you do not need to reset and reconfigure it later.

I believe I did. But if not then it would have been set up on my ex husbands account and I can't get to it...

Do you know if I can reset them all and start again? 😊
