Your extender is Awesome, But there is problem. 2 days ago my extender fell down by mistake. And after that it is not getting power supply. I have purchased this online 13 days ago. Hope you'll help.

Hi, have you tested it with a different power socket?
Please also try to hold the reset pinhole for 10s to see whether there is any change.
If nothing happened, I am afraid you might need to contact the shop retailer to negotiate the warranty.
