Hi there, 

 

I have never had this before, but most days my phone drops off my home WIFi & claims ''incorrect password'' - on my phone I turn wifi off, then on again, and it connects fine.

 

Have tried forgetting the network and re-joining but no luck.

 

No other devices impacted, and it seemed to suddenly start a week or so ago.

 

Any suggestions? 

 

Deco's are in wireless AP mode

Hi, May I know the model number and the OS of the smartphone?

Is it connected to the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?

And I see your Deco X50-POE is on 1.1.0, a new firmware 1.2.3 has been released a few weeks ago. It is also suggested to update the Deco X50-POE to the latest firmware:

Deco X50-PoE_V1_1.2.3 Build 20230529

How to Update the Firmware of Deco (method 2 via web UI)

Unforuntely it hasn't made any difference at all.

 

Only seems to be my phone suffering this, but I have also never had it before.

 

Any thoughts on what else I could try?
