Model: Archer AX72
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20220520 rel.75663(4555)

I purchased a brand new westerndigital dot com -> products -> portable-drives -> wd-my-passport-usb-3-2-ssd#WDBAGF0020BBL-WESN (sorry, no links are allowed

It works perfectly with all the machines in home but not with the router.

It the same time it says it is supported - tp-link dot com -> us -> user-guides/archer-ax72_v1/chapter-8-usb-settings#ug-sub-title-1

as filesystem. It is exFAT

What should I do?

  @TheBravoman

Hi,

So, when you plug the My Passport SSD in the AX72's USB port it does not show up in the web management GUI ?

How about the USB LED of the AX72. Does it remain OFF as well?

Have you tested the USB port of the router with any other USB storage device (preferably also USB 3.x), to make sure it is working at all?
