Greetings!

 

Straight to the point, we have a setup at a hotel and restaurant in which for some reason a hand full of guests can't connect to our network unless It is rebooted. 

There are no kind of limitations in terms of amount of users (That we can see anyway) and we are not sure how to troubleshoot the problem.

 

This is our setup

 

STARLINK - TP LINK ARCHER MR 600 - Omada Controller

                                                                 - SG1005LP 5 Port POE Switch - EAP 225 (AC1200)

                                                                                                                     - EAP 225 (AC1200)

                                                                                                                     - EAP 225 (AC1350)

 

 

Our best guess right now is that It's either the Omada Controller, Starlink or Archer MR600.

The problem occurs on either of the 3 access points on both networks (One for the Resto, One for the Hotel)

 

And we are not sure how to troubleshoot this.

 

If ever was thinking to connect the Starlink directly to the POE switch to bypass the Archer MR 600.

 

Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Better to check the front-end router and switch first, confirming the front network is stable can save some time.

Check whether these client devices get valid IP addresses and check the physical connection between the EAP and switch.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
