Cant connect through Remote Management
Router is brand new, Can't connect through Remote Management
I did exactly what it said in this link: Link
Copy paste the "Manage This Router via the Address:" to the url and nothing.
I try with the ip and with the ddns, with default port 80 and with the https - same result.
As a matter of fact i cant even ping my public ip address.
Do i need to connfigure some port forwaring for this to work?
Thank you
P.S
Through the Tether app from my android from outside local network its working.

You're behind a CG-NAT - that's the reason you can't reach your modem from outside your network (check the fourth IP range in my previous post).
Your only option is to contact your ISP and ask if it's possible to receive your public IP address on the modem WAN port.

According to your WebGUI you should try to access the modem at port 8080 via http.
Also your modem WAN IP address has to be with a public IP address, i.e. not within the following IP address ranges:
- Range from 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255 — a 10.0.0.0 network with a 255.0.0.0 or /8 (an 8-bit) mask
- Range from 172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255 — a 172.16.0.0 network with a 255.240.0.0 or /12
- A 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 range, which is a 192.168.0.0 network masked by 255.255.0.0 or /16
- A special range 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255 with a 255.192.0.0 or /10 network mask; this subnet is recommended according to rfc6598 for use as an address pool for CGN (Carrier-Grade NAT)
