Hi.

Purchased the AX72 about a month ago. It's been restarting itself about once a week, randomly.

I have tried a reset, switched the power sockets, made sure the fw is up to date. Nothing seems to be solving this. It's clearly a poor firmware or weak hardware.

I had the same issues with the AX55 Pro.

Isn't there a decent Wifi6 router here?

My older C80 Wifi 5 had zero issues in two years and yet, these wifi 6 ones are soo unstable.

@Sunshine Hi. Already done those steps as clearly explained in my description. The issue is clearly either in the firmware or poor hardware.

Cheaper C80 had zero issues in over 2 years and several fw updates.

Hi, may I know the topology of your network now? except for the AX72 router, is there any range extender?

By the way, did you enable EasyMesh on the AX72 router? If so, please try disabling it to see if it solves the problem.

I have a thread going at the moment whereby my AX73 was randomly rebooting after the latest firmware update that I applied on Sunday night. Do you happen to have any TP link Range extenders in use ? My reboots only happen when I have my range extender switched on.

Heres my thread..   https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/623366

Hi. No range extenders. Just the router. EasyMesh is disabled. I have decided to return it because I cannot reliably work with it this way :(
