Model: Archer TX3000E
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi there,

I have just installed this new WiFi 6 Bluetooth 5 adapter and whilst the WiFi works brilliantly the Bluetooth does not. I'm running Windows 10 on the latest updates.

I keep seeing the Driver Error on the device manager even after installing the drivers on your website and then the newest drivers from Intel.

I have plugged the usb cable, tried two different usb ports on the motherboard and any other solution I found online with no joy.

What is happening?

Hi,

I can't tell if it will help solve the problem, but could you please post the exact error message here?

Was the Bluetooth part of the TX3000E originally shown as "Unknown device" before installing the driver? And did the driver installer find the Bluetooth device by itself and installed the driver automatically?

Hi,

whether the adapter works properly on a different computer with a different motherboard, there could be a possibility that the motherboard of your current computer is not compatible with this adapter

If none of these methods work for you, check the model number of the motherboard and try upgrading the BIOS for use.
