Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.0.3

Hello.

I have bought an air conditioner Hisense Comfort with 4 splits.They are conected to the Archer C1200 WI-FI and they appear OFLINE in the app ConnectLife. If I connect the devices through the smartphone's Wi-Fi, they work correctly. What problem do I have with the router? Does anyone know how to fix it?

@Mcanalejas Oh,it seems like the router doesn't recognize the air conditioner.

I think you can update the firmware of the router and the air conditioner first.You can Put the router close to the air conditioner.

Also,you can add the MAC address of the air conditioner to the whitelist at the Access Control function in the router configuration web UI.
