AC 1200 Cannot connect 'internet'

Hello,

The AC 1200 I have can connect to WIFI but not to the internet. I have tried the usual reboot and reset but no joy. Has anyone any ideas?

Hello Val, we have many AC1200, please tell us the model number of it, which you can find it on the back panel of the actual device.

What is the current led status of it?
