If I configure WIFI and enable white list, phones with itself mac don't work. Connection is refused. The only way tu use is with aleatory mac and disable the white list.

This test were performed with xiaomi redmi 11 plus and samsung S8 in 2.4 and 5.2 networks. All others devices like tvs works OK in the two ways.

Hi, when you add the phones to whitelist, were you using the phone real MAC address? 

Please disable whitelist first, then use the phone real MAC address to connect the VR300 WiFi, then copy the phone MAC address on the client list and add it to whitelist again.

 

After that, please try connecting the phone to the WiFi again with the same real MAC address.
